Random Stuff I did this Week
This week I did a lot of random stuff like going to Baldwin Street to roll giant Jaffa's down it. Baldwin Street is the steepest street IN THE WORLD and it is a tradition to annually roll thousands of giant Jaffa's down it. Here's me with my giant Jaffa.
Also I went Moeraki Boulders which is a group of boulders that are very round. Can you see me on top of this one.
Last but not least I went to the Antarctic Centre in Christchurch to learn about Antarctica and I went in the Antarctic Storm Simulator. Here's me before the storm.
And here's me during the storm.
Much darker!

P.S: When I get back to Auckland I will post all my videos. I have a new one of me sliding down an ice slide! :)

Lighthouse and Seal
Yesterday I went to Waipapa point to see the lighthouse and hopefully some seals. Unfortunately there was only one and he was having a nap. Here's me and him.
This is the lighthouse there.
And these are some macrocarpa trees that normally grow tall and upwards but these are windswept flat from the strong see breeze.

The Earnslaw
Today I went to Walter Peak Station which is a farm on the other side of Lake Wakatipu. The farm is completely surrounded by rocky hills so the easiest way to get there is by boat. To get there I went on the Earnslaw which is an awesome old steamboat. At the farm I had a all-you-can-eat barbecue lunch and watched a sheep dog chase around sheep. Here is a picture of the Earnslaw.

The Caves
On Monday I went exploring to Ngarua Caves. I saw many different rock formations and even got to see some moa bones! Here are some photos of me exploring!
(The photo above is my favorite yet!)
Ngarua Caves are a series of limestone caves with amazing rock formations and moa bones. Above the ground there are many sinkholes and holes leading into the caves. If the lights in the caves were turned off there would be no light at all! The guide demonstrated this to us and I couldn't even see my hand in front of my face!
